About delivery time & DEADLINES
As of November 1, we are too busy to accommodate special deadlines until after Christmas. Everything must be shipped as available on first-come basis.
READ ABOUT CHRISTMAS BELOW THIS MESSAGE
If you need to meet a deadline, you need to email us us before you order to see if it's feasible.
We need to know your ship to address
what product, and how many, or we can't answer.
You need to order immediately or our inventory will have changed. We are selling constantly.
We know some things you've ordered have reached you in 3 days. But they can't ALWAYS. We will do our best to help you.
Delivery can have unforeseen delays. No one can truthfully GUARANTEE a delivery date. Delivery can be delayed by holidays, or natural disasters or shipper errors or substitute carriers somewhere between S. FL and you.
Most of our packages are heavy and bulky and must travel by parcel post or UPS ground and can travel for 3 to 14 days depending on the route to you from us.
We sell hundreds of products. We ship as quickly as feasible. Just like your supermarket, or any other store, all things can't all be in stock at all times. Sometimes suppliers are awaiting their shipments.
USE YOUR GOOD JUDGMENT... (We know you have it but forget to use it).
It is "OUR DESIRE" to get customers their order in less than 21 days. (We'd like to hand it through your monitor).
21 days is NOT a guarantee or a suggested delivery date. Failure of a "shipped package" to
reach you does not entitle you to a refund once the package is in transit.
IF YOU ORDER WHEN something just sold out, we may not be able to
ship for 4 to 10 days. IF YOU ORDER on Thurs. after 2:00 PM we may not be able to receive a sold out item from our suppliers until Tues (or Weds. if there's a Monday holiday.)
IF YOU ORDER before a holiday or weekend, we are not slow to ship! UPS AND USPS ARE CLOSED!!! They can't pick up here.
IF YOU DON'T RECEIVE A SHIPPED PACKAGE The postal service requires you to "mail" us a signed, dated notice if an item we shipped isn't received after 21 days from the mailing date.
USA Federal Mail Order Shipping Laws:
We are required to ship orders in 30 days, or notify you in 30 days if an item still can't be shipped. We must give you the option of a refund in 30 days if an item still can't be shipped.
Important facts for every year about CHRISTMAS Orders
We wish to provide you and yours a thrilling holiday season... Please read below to avoid disappointment.
We know you "want it for Christmas." Please do not ask "if you'll get it for Christmas." .
As of Nov. 1,Orders barrel in here faster than we can pack and ship, The suppliers as well as their shippers get backed up and can't always deliver more supplies to us in good time.
If you order as of Dec. 5th we'll try, but may not be able to get it to you in time for Dec.23. We have hundreds of orders to pack and ship at one time. If you ordered Dec. 5th, we may not get to ship your package until Dec 19th.
Heavy packages travel slower in December by USPS or UPS ground.
Make sure your receipt is correct. If you don't get a J. Mark emailed message, it means we did not get your order. email us
Mark your calendar. Please try to order by Nov.25. Do not order after Dec 5th for Dec. 24th delivery.
If you don't have your order by Dec.18th, e-mail us on Dec.18th before 2:00 PM Eastern time, so we may still help you.
If you inquire, Fully describe the item(s), not just knives, or burner covers (what kind, what pattern on them) who ordered by Pay Pal, and that e-mail address, the ship to address if different.
(Not Pay Pal's ID #).
Orders received Dec. 6 to Jan. 10, we cannot guarantee availability to be able to ship until after Jan 10th..
They may be shipped until the week of Jan 10th. (If you don't have it Jan. 18, inquire on Jan. 18, but not sooner. ) Watch your e-mail until you have your order, in case we need to contact you.
If you don't get a transaction receipt from Pay Pal, it means we didn't get your order. Call them toll free at 1-888-221-1161. Don't ask them about merchandise. They only process credit cards.
